一、岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities:
辅助管理人员负责日常事务性工作,协助完成日常管理工作,保障管理工作正常高效运行。具体工作职责:
Assistant management staff is responsible for the daily affairs, to assist with day-to-day management, and to guarantee the management work that can run normally and efficiently. Specific job responsibilities:
1、协助管理日常行政事务,包括会议的会务组织、来访接待等工作;
To assist the management of daily administrative affairs, including meeting organizing, visitor reception, etc.
2、协助办理员工入职、博士后出入站、团队人员管理等人事工作;
To assist the new staff for entry, post-doctoral entry and exit, team management and other personnel works;
3、协助完成研究生、博士生的日常管理工作;
To assist the daily management of postgraduates and doctoral students;
4、财务预算、财务报销、设备招标采购等工作;
Financial budget, financial reimbursement, equipment bidding and procurement and so on;
5、协助安排相关人员的差旅行程;
To assist the arrangement of travel schedule for related personnel;
6. 更新和维护网站
To update and maintain website of the team
7、完成团队交办的其他任务。
To complete other tasks assigned by the team.
二、应聘要求:
Application requirements:
1、本科生及以上学历,行政管理专业背景优先;
1. Bachelor degree or above, administration background preferred;
2、为人正直,办事沉稳、责任感和服务意识强,并具有良好的执行力和观察力;
2. Honest, steady in handling affairs, strong sense of responsibility and service consciousness, with good execution and observation;
3、能够熟练掌握office等办公软件,熟悉办公室日常管理流程,熟悉采购及财务报账流程;
3. Proficient in office software, familiar with office daily management process, procurement and financial reimbursement process;
4、具有优秀的沟通、协调、综合表达及解决突发事件分析能力;
Excellent communication, coordination, comprehensive expression, and analysis ability to solve sudden crisis and incidents;
5、有行政、会议工作验者优先;
Administrative and conference organizing work experience is preferred;
6.基本的网站创建知识
Basic knowledge about creating website
7、有良好的英文及对外交流能力。
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
8.具备中英文良好的翻译能力
Excellent translation skills between English and Chinese
9.独立学习工作能力
Ability to work independently
10.于2021年9月22日到岗上班优先考虑
Start working from 2021/09/22 is preferred.
三、相关待遇
Relevant treatment:
薪水范围从大6万-11万元/年,具体取决于申请者的资格。待遇按深圳大学相关规定执行,具体可面试时咨询。
The salary scale is from around 60,000 to around 110,000 RMB/year, depending on the applicant qualification.
Treatment by Shenzhen University, relevant regulations, the specific information can be consulted during the interview.

五、报名方式
Registration method:
初选合格者将通知面试,面试者携带毕业证书、学位证书以及身份证原件。面试一周后通知面试结果,初选通过后开始2个月试用期,试用期满考评合格后正式录用。合同聘期至少一年,一年后根据表现续签。
Applicants will be notified to have an interview and will be required to bring their diplomas, degree certificates, and original identity card. One week after the interview, the result of the interview will be informed. After the preliminary examination, there is a 2-month probation period. After the probation period, the qualified candidate will be officially hired. The contract period is at least one year. According to the performance, the contract will be updated every year.
